SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

These Subscription Terms govern the subscription services offered by VINETALK INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. ("Company", "we", "us", "our").
By subscribing, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Subscription Terms and that your subscription will automatically renew based on the billing frequency and amount you selected, unless canceled through our official cancellation link.

1. Subscription Service Description
The VINETALK subscription service provides access to our AI-powered platform, which includes but is not limited to:
- AI content generation and conversation features
- Workflow automation and processing tools
- Account storage and export functions
- Technical support (Advanced and Professional tiers)
- System updates and priority queue access (based on tier)
VINETALK does not use misleading, deceptive, or unclear language. All service features, pricing, and cancellation options are disclosed here and on the checkout page prior to payment submission.
2. Subscription Plans and Pricing
2.1 Standard Subscription Plans
- Basic Plan: $59 per month
- Advanced Plan: $79 per month
- Professional Plan: $99 per month All plans are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled.
2.2 Free or Promotional Trial Offers (NRO - Negative Renewal Option)
From time to time, VINETALK may offer trial promotions to new users. The terms for such offers are:
- Trial period: 7 days
- Introductory fee: $1.99 charged on signup
- Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription continues at $59/month
Example Disclosure
You will be billed USD $1.99 today for a 7-day trial. Once the trial ends, you will be billed USD $59 per month thereafter until you cancel.
A reminder notice will be sent to your email 7 days before the trial ends with cancellation instructions and your plan’s renewal pricing.

3. Billing, Renewal, and Frequency
3.1 Automatic Renewal Terms
- Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis.
- The billing date corresponds to your original purchase date.
- Charges are applied to your chosen payment method unless cancellation occurs before the next billing cycle.
3.2 Checkout Page Transparency
At checkout, we will display the following, clearly and prominently:
- Subscription start date
- Initial trial or full-charge amount
- First payment processing date
- Renewal charge amount
- Renewal billing frequency
We also require the following confirmation checkbox before the subscription is activated:
I confirm that I have reviewed and agree to the Subscription Terms (https://vinesync.ai/account/) including the automatic renewal policy, and I understand I may cancel at any time via https://vinesync.ai/account/.
This checkbox must be manually selected and will not be pre-checked.
4. How to Cancel Your Subscription
Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time by visiting the following page:
Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle. Access remains active until the current paid period ends.
5. Refund and Return Policy
5.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- New subscribers who cancel within 3 days of the initial payment
- Service-wide technical outages lasting over 48 consecutive hours
- Material modifications to service features or price without user consent
5.2 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- After the 3-day refund window for new subscribers
- Partial subscription periods (including mid-cycle cancellation)
- Issues due to user-side systems or failure to cancel before renewal
6. Required Notifications and Communications
6.1 Post-Checkout Confirmation Email
Immediately after payment, the user will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Product name and subscription tier
- Starting date and trial status
- Pricing, frequency, and service duration
- Last 4 digits of payment card used

6.2 Subscription Receipt After Each Charge
For each successful recurring charge, a receipt will be emailed containing:
- Charge amount and date
- Plan name
- End date of current billing period

If a charge fails:
- A receipt will be sent indicating transaction failure
- If multiple billing attempts occur in 24 hours, they may be summarized in a single notification
6.3 Upcoming Billing Reminder
At least 7 days prior to the next billing date, you will receive an email with:
- Subject line: Important Information About Upcoming Charges to Your Account
- Date and amount of upcoming payment
- Summary of your active subscription

This notification is separate from marketing communications and clearly labeled as a billing notice.
6.4 Trial Ending Reminder (NRO Requirement)
Users with a trial will receive a notice 7 days before trial expiry. This includes:
- Trial expiration date
- Price and frequency of upcoming subscription
- Instructions and direct cancellation link

7. Termination by User or Platform
7.1 Termination by Subscriber
You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting:

7.2 Termination by VINETALK
We may terminate a subscription (with or without notice) if:
- The user violates Terms of Service
- Payments consistently fail
- Fraud or misuse is detected
- Legal or compliance reasons require it
Subscribers will receive a confirmation within 7 days of termination in writing or via email.
8. Changes to Subscription Terms
We may amend these Subscription Terms.
If material changes are made:
- We will email affected users at least 30 days in advance
- Updated terms and your options will be clearly stated in the message
